Q. Is your jewelry handmade?

Our jewelry is always handmade by Leilani.

Q. Do you have a return policy?

Yes! If anything is not fulfilling expectations, feel free to reach out to me through email, DM, or through my website. I will gladly send another item.

Q. What should I do if my item never arrives?

If your order doesn't arrive within 4 weeks, please contact me. Sometimes orders get lost in the mail and never arrive! If this does happen, please email me at [email protected] and I will gladly send another order.

Q. Do you only sell online? Will you have an in-person store soon?

I offer shipping worldwide as well as pickup in the Storrs Campus of UConn.
